Kalpaka Events

Where caring people
show up together.

Every Kalpaka event is a chance to get off the sidelines and into the field — planting trees, distributing meals, visiting schools, or simply being present where it matters. Come as you are.

First time here?

What to expect at a Kalpaka event

No experience needed. No special skills. Here’s exactly what happens from the moment you register to the moment you go home.

📲
Before you come

We announce events on our social media — Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp. Follow us, see the post, note the details, and just show up. No registration, no forms, no confirmation needed.

🤝
At the event
Our team meets you at the location. There’s a quick 5-minute brief, then we get to work. Most events run 2–4 hours and feel far shorter than they sound.
📸
What to bring

Each event card has specific guidance, but most events need the same basics. Dress comfortably — this is field work, not a photoshoot (though we do document everything).
